NY SECURITY GUARD TRAINING CENTER REGISTRATION/ REFUND POLICY

REGISTRATION:
You can register and pay on line by clicking the BUY NOW button.  This will take
you to pay pals secure site.  Once you've paid, you need not do anything else
unless the payment is for someone other than the credit card holder.  In that case
we just ask that you email us to let us know the persons full name that the
payment was made for.  Our email address is

PAYMENT:
TO SECURE A SEAT IN THE TRAINING CLASS, ALL PERSONS MUST PRE-PAY
PRE-PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

1) ON OUR WEBSITE AT WWW.NYSGTC.COM, AND USE THE PayPal BUY IT
NOW BUTTON,  you DO NOT need a PayPal account.

2) BY MAILING CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO:

Personal checks must clear before seat is reserved.  

Refund Policy:  You can receive
Full Refund if The NY Security Guard Training
Center is notified at least seven (7) days before the training date.  If you cancel
within six (6) days of the training, but before 2 days of the training,
one half (1/2)
of registration will be refunded.  If you cancel within two (2) days of the training
date or if you are a NO SHOW, there is
NO refund.  Please submit cancellation
request by e-mail at
info@nysgtc.com or by phone at 1-877-GUARD21,and
indicate that you are canceling your seat.  Please include name and
address where refund is to be  sent if you paid by check or money order.  Please
allow 10 days for mailed refunds.  All payments  that were paid by pay pal will be
refunded through Pay Pal.
Classes not meeting minimum number of participants as determined by us will be
cancelled and full refunds will be given to those already prepaid.
If the NYSGTC has to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
